HELLO ARIANA. THATS A NICE NAME. HOW'D YOU GET IT?
well...my name was actually a last minute decision. my parents thought that they were going to be having another boy. anyway...so while i was in the hospital, after i was born...i was kinda nameless. i was basically just called 'such-and-such's baby'. kind of sad really...but hey, i was a newborn baby so i wasnt aware. apparently my name was decided by my older brothers. my dad came to visit, and my brothers came cause they hadn't seen me yet. anyway...my eldest brother had said the name aria...because of his little "girlfriend" whose name was aria. my parents then added the 'na' and i became ariana. my middle name, ryan, was given because that's what my parents were going to call me if i was a boy. plain and simple. its kinda funny really...because i consider ariana to be a pretty girly kind of name. but then my middle name is a boyish name. and then bartley is the family name obviously *smiles*

HOW OLD ARE YOU? HAVE YOU LIVED IN VEGAS LONG?
well...im twenty-one years old. wow. that feels so weird to say *laughs* i dont feel twenty-one. it hasn't sunk in properly yet! there are times when i feel like a little kid...others when i feel like my teenage self...and just yeah. anyway...i haven't lived in vegas long. im originally from minneapolis, minnesota. i miss it there. i had lived there my whole life. however, i moved when my modeling career started. it's not any major modeling profession, but it was enough to get me places...give me a name. eventually...i showed up in vegas, fell in love with the place and moved here. i soon became a bartender at my favourite club that i always went to. but yeah...so its been just over two years since i first moved here. but i do miss minneapolis.

SO...YOUR FAMILY. TELL US ABOUT THEM.
well...there were five of us. my mum, dad, two older brothers and myself. my dad died in a car accident when i was ten. so then it became just my mum raising three children. she wasn't happy though. my parents had been happily married, so dads death really shook her. she ended up becoming one of those widowed mothers who dedicated her life to her job. we hardly saw her. it was basically my eldest brother, who was fifteen, who raised us. i guess that's where my brothers and i really bonded. they're like my best friends...even though they're typical brothers and piss me off a lot of the time. but its all good in the end. i still get them...especially when i get back at them *grins* but...well...yeah... *shrugs*

WHAT ARE THINGS YOU LIKE?
dancing, partying, clubbing, music, alcohol, singing, clothes, computers, photography, cameras, modeling, my job, meeting new people, my brothers...at times, humerous people, entertaining people, long hair, texting, long phone calls, travelling, cute boys, surfers, nerds, magic, supernatural, love, sitting infront of a fire on a cold night, marshmallows, watching the stars, sunsets, working out, animals, food, cooking, simple gifts, summer time, tall guys, girls with confidence, playing wii, soccer, chocolate, europe...especially italy, croatia, russia, england and france...italian food, strawberries, icecream, coffee...man i looooveee coffee! children...at times...shopping, thunder storms, the colour purple, swimming, cartoons, disney classics, accents, especially english and australian accents, dancing around my house in my underwear, bubble baths, hanging with my friends, meeting new people, reading novels...i actually prefer them over magazines, harry potter, holidays, people, acting like a little kid, my home, life.

WOW. SO WHAT DON'T YOU LIKE THEN?
lies, secrets, drugs...i may like my parties and drinking...but im totally against drugs, things being too dull, complete organisation...not really a very organised person, spiders, snakes...god i hates snakes *shudders, girls who wear skirts over their jeans...its cute when youre young but no just no...the word 'moist', front hook bras...they're really annoying and people shouldnt be so slack to unhook in the back *laughs*...um...wet door knobs, the saying 'i slept like a baby' cause i mean some babies dont sleep throughout the whole night...people who dress their animals, tuna fish, the word 'panties'...theres just something weird about the word *laughs*...ducks...man i hate ducks...that im a terrible klutz, girls who try to put me down cause they think they're so much better...

YOU INVOLVED WITH ANYONE? EVER BEEN IN LOVE?
no...im not involved with anyone. not at the moment. im single and im actually enjoying the single life. its actually pretty good. i mean, i flirt and fool around with guys i guess. but i havent really had the whole "relationship" thing for a while. and well...maybe i have. but maybe it was just that high school puppy romance people like to believe is love, you know? im still waiting for the right guy to come along.

SO...WHATS YOUR IDEAL LOVE?
well...i dunno. im someone that doesn't really have a type...it all depends on the kind of guy they are. but there are some things that i like or would like about a guy. he has to be taller than me...maybe tall enough that when he comes up behind me to hug me, he can rest his chin on my head. i need someone who can make me laugh. lately ive become a sucker to the mysterious, dark kind of guys. you know, the ones that just seem so dangerous...but really aren't so bad if you really knew them underneath. if he makes me feel safe then its perfect. but id like my guy to be one of those sporty jockish kinds...but is still kinda dorkyish. if hes not dorkyish...then he needs to at least accept my dorkyish. but...theres all kinds of things i could say...but im still open minded. as long as they can show me i mean something...thats all that matters.

i guess...i guess id like to think of myself as my own person. i dont try to follow other people. i go by my own .... things. *laughs* i dont follow crowds, follow others ideas about things...i like to make my own...maybe encourage others to do that sort of thing themselves. im someone that loves to hang out with my friends. if im not at work, im either at home or with my friends, maybe both *smiles*. id consider myself pretty dorky. im not one of those girls thats obsessed with fashion and body image. yes, i work out and i do love clothes...but i work out cause its what i love and i love clothes...just because what girl doesn't? im someone that'll just sit around at home, reading novels, watching shows like charmed or something, doing sudokus or crosswords in magazines or im on my computer on facebook, twitter or even playing tetris. im pretty relaxed, always up for anything. but im not perfect. i know that. im not the most cleanest person. well...its actually only my bedroom i cant keep clean. the rest of my house and all i can. i think its a thing from growing up i guess *laughs* what kid couldnt keep their rooms tidy? i can also be quite a bitch when i wanna be too. its terrible...i can be so impatient somtimes and so short-tempered. if you catch me on a bad day...well...just watch out. but im sorry in advance! but well...yeah...i dunno what else to say *shrugs*
